1 tablespoon gelatin
1 teaspoon ginger juice powder
1/2 teaspoon match green tea powder
1 cup of hot water
1/3 cup of apple juice
Dissolve the gelatin, ginger juice powder, and green tea powder with hot water, mix thoroughly then add cold apple juice. Enjoy!

Taking this to help our our skin, joints (my knees!). We also get the anti-inflammatory benefits of ginger with the power boost from the green match tea. The gelatin also helps us feel fuller!
